Xaller.ai Waitlist Agreement

Joining the waitlist

XALLER AI, a trade name of ZPEACHY LLC ("Xaller.ai"), is developing an assistant that helps businesses answer calls and follow up on opportunities. Joining this waitlist lets our team learn about your business and contact you about early access. It is free: you are not purchasing a subscription or starting a trial. Registration does not guarantee access, a launch date, pricing, or any particular feature.

Your contact permission

By selecting the contact-permission checkbox and submitting the form, you agree to this agreement and authorize Xaller.ai to email you or have a team member call the number you provide about Xaller.ai, early access, and your business needs. You confirm that these are your contact details or that you are authorized to provide them for your business. This permission is not a condition of any purchase.

The checkbox reads:

I agree to the Waitlist Agreement and allow Xaller.ai to contact me by email or a call from its team about early access and my business needs. I can opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

This permission does not authorize marketing text messages, automated or prerecorded marketing calls, AI-generated marketing calls, or marketing by other companies. Any such activity would require a separate applicable permission. Submitting this form does not itself initiate a call or send a marketing email.

After a new registration, we send a transactional email confirming that your request was received. This is separate from any later early-access or marketing contact. If delivery is temporarily unavailable, we retry the confirmation.

Changing your mind

You may withdraw your contact permission at any time by replying to an email from our team, asking the team member during a call, or emailing [email protected] with a request to leave the waitlist. We will remove your registration from active outreach. We may retain the minimum record needed to honor your opt-out and document the permission previously given. What we collect and why

We collect your full name, business name, email address, and whether your business handles healthcare data. You may optionally provide your phone number and business address; these details are not required to join. We use this information to manage the waitlist, understand service coverage and business needs, plan onboarding, and contact you as permitted above. We also retain the agreement version and your consent timestamp. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Service providers supporting our website and secure storage process information needed to operate Xaller.ai. Our Privacy Policy provides further information.

You may optionally share the names of software your business uses, grouped by business function. We use these answers to understand your workflow and prioritize potential integrations with your existing systems. Sharing a product name does not guarantee an integration, authorize access to that product, or require you to change software. Do not provide passwords, API keys, account access or patient information. Our transactional email provider also processes your email address and name to send the confirmation.

Healthcare businesses

Please provide business contact information only. Do not include patient names, medical details, insurance identifiers, or any other patient information in this form. Selecting that your business handles healthcare data is a planning signal. It does not establish a Business Associate Agreement, confirm provider agreements, or authorize use of Xaller.ai with patient information. Any necessary agreements and service eligibility must be completed separately before such use.

Updates and questions

The version you accept is recorded with your registration. A later agreement does not silently expand the permission you gave. Contact [email protected] with questions or requests concerning your registration.
