Xaller.ai Demo Request Agreement

Requesting a demo

XALLER AI, a trade name of ZPEACHY LLC ("Xaller.ai"), is developing an assistant that helps businesses answer calls and follow up on opportunities. Requesting a demo lets our team learn about your business, contact you to schedule a product demo, give that demo and discuss your business needs. It is free: you are not purchasing a subscription or starting a trial. A request does not guarantee a demo time, access to the service, a launch date, pricing, or any particular feature.

Your contact permission

By selecting the contact-permission checkbox and submitting the form, you agree to this agreement and authorize Xaller.ai to email you or have a team member call the number you provide to schedule and give your demo and discuss your business needs. You confirm that these are your contact details or that you are authorized to provide them for your business. This permission is not a condition of any purchase.

The checkbox reads:

I agree to the Demo Request Agreement and allow Xaller.ai to contact me by email or a call from its team to schedule my demo and discuss my business needs. I can opt out at any time. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

This permission does not authorize marketing text messages, automated or prerecorded marketing calls, AI-generated marketing calls, or marketing by other companies. Any such activity would require a separate applicable permission. Submitting this form does not itself initiate a call or send a marketing email.

After a new request, we send a transactional email confirming that your request was received. This is separate from any later contact about your demo. If delivery is temporarily unavailable, we retry the confirmation.

Changing your mind

You may withdraw your contact permission at any time by replying to an email from our team, asking the team member during a call, or emailing [email protected] with a request to withdraw your demo request. We will remove your request from active outreach. We may retain the minimum record needed to honor your opt-out and document the permission previously given. What we collect and why

We collect your full name, business name, email address, and whether your business handles healthcare data. You may optionally provide your phone number and business address; these details are not required to request a demo. We use this information to schedule and prepare your demo, understand service coverage and business needs, plan onboarding, and contact you as permitted above. We also retain the agreement version and your consent timestamp. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Service providers supporting our website and secure storage process information needed to operate Xaller.ai. Our Privacy Policy provides further information.

You may optionally share the names of software your business uses, grouped by business function. We use these answers to tailor your demo, understand your workflow and prioritize potential integrations with your existing systems. Sharing a product name does not guarantee an integration, authorize access to that product, or require you to change software. Do not provide passwords, API keys, account access or patient information. Our transactional email provider also processes your email address and name to send the confirmation.

Healthcare businesses

Please provide business contact information only. Do not include patient names, medical details, insurance identifiers, or any other patient information in this form, and do not share patient information during a demo. Selecting that your business handles healthcare data is a planning signal. It does not establish a Business Associate Agreement, confirm provider agreements, or authorize use of Xaller.ai with patient information. Any necessary agreements and service eligibility must be completed separately before such use.

Updates and questions

The version you accept is recorded with your request. A later agreement does not silently expand the permission you gave. Contact [email protected] with questions or requests concerning your demo request.
